Brigitte is more than just a Trustee at Global Connect - she’s a passionate advocate for positive change. With an extensive background as a documentalist working with the WHO and Social Services in Berlin, she brings a wealth of knowledge in coordinating resources and ensuring ethical, impactful initiatives.

Her deep connection to Tanzania and Zanzibar fuels her dedication to Tanza Kindness, ensuring that our mission goes beyond just trade - it’s about people, fairness, and opportunity. Her expertise in advocacy and social justice makes her an integral part of our mission to give back, empower, and uplift Tanzanian communities.

Mr. Juhudi Kinyaka

Local Expert & Logistics Specialist

Born and raised in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, Juhudi is our on-the-ground expert, bridging the gap between Tanza Kindness, local farmers, and communities. With his invaluable insights, connections, and bilingual skills in Swahili and English, he ensures that our work stays authentic, effective, and community-driven.

His background in the British Army and logistics gives him a sharp edge in resource allocation and supply chain management - critical to ensuring that Tanza Kindness’ impact is efficient and far-reaching. Whether it’s working with farmers, coordinating shipments, or managing distribution, Juhudi is a driving force behind our efforts to keep things moving and maximize our impact.

Dr. Mathias Nagy

Visionary Founder & Healthcare Advocate

At the core of Cashew Kindness is Mathias - a renowned orthopaedic surgeon specializing in knee surgery in the UK, with a passion that extends far beyond the operating room. Having worked and lived across Europe and Africa, Mathias has a deep-rooted commitment to Tanzania, where he has treated patients in Dar es Salaam, Zanzibar, and Kilimanjaro.

His vision for Tanza Kindness is bold and clear - to build a business that fuels economic empowerment while laying the foundation for life-changing healthcare initiatives. With extensive experience in medical education and international healthcare development, Mathias sees Tanza Kindness as a stepping stone toward something even greater: a fully equipped hospital in Tanzania, funded by the success of this venture.
